So two weeks ago we get the pleasant invite to visit with the Bishopric which was actually an appointment for reccommends but they forgot that's what it was set for. But we sat down with the two counselors and they started asking about our schedules for work and weekends. After about 5 minutes they said there was a calling they had prepared for us but they were unsure to extend it to us. Court couldn't stand the curriosity so she asked what it was. It was for the "Wolf Pack" in Cub Scouts. We told them that that would probibly be a good calling because it's flexible. They ended up extending it to us, but we almost feel like we "forced" them or steped on their toes to get the calling. Oh well we are excited to be working with the young boys. We found out what our new church schedule will be. We move from the blasted one in the afternoon slot to the beautiful nine in the morning slot. But the odd thing... We start the new schedule the first week of december. Me and another guy at church ended up wearing the same ties. Red with stripes. We were twinners.

I think you'll be awesome wolf den leaders!! Cub scouts is fun. With you two loving the out doors, camping and such, it will add to the calling. So, did they still do recommend interviews too? Love the tie story! How often can that happen?
Cool. Don't feel like you forced them to give it to you.
Kyle has felt that way...just needing to know more about a person/couples schedules and time commitments. Because your calling is important. They want to make sure you have time to do it.
You will really good at it, I agree with mom!
