CORNBELLY'S!!This place it TOTALLY cool for kids 10 and under. It had slides, jumping things, dress up, pig races, cart rides, photo ops, a 150 ft long blow up dragon (kids were way to scared to go in), and all sorts of things. Normally it costs $10.50 per person. But the radio station had a special $0.93 per person. We got in for 3 bucks because they didn't even charge for the little kids. We just took Kayson and his cousin Gabriel and his mother.

Another one of Kayson's favorites is trains. They played all over this thing.

You really can't tell but they are about 2 feet in the air on a giant pillow. They could jump all over, we were surpriesd how well he can jump.

Then there was the Princess jump house but gender didn't matter once inside. He was all over the place in there. After being in this he and his cousin dressed up as princesses. Don't worry. After that we went out killed a dear, skinned it and ate it raw. Thus we all got our "man card" back. Phew I was worried, I lost my MC at a baby shower we had at the courts.
You'll see a few other blogs about CB, I couldn't get it to do more than 4 pictures at a time. THere are also a few other new posts. We've been slacking.

CB Continued

Kayson was not happy at all to be dressed as Pocahontus. (i know i spelt it wrong)

Since we can't go out to Grandpa Packs this horse will have to do.

Oh this was a sad picture. I can't believe he's gotten so tall. Next year he'll be above the three foot mark.

Ella spent the evening like this. She was kicking and talking the whole time. I think she liked it.

CB continued

This was a giant room ful of corn. It reminded me of shoveling grain at the farm, it smelt like being in a silo.

These two loved this wagon.

Ella got to dress up as a princess.

Here's kayson and gabe at the top ready to come down.

Ella's Eats

Ella and Grandma took a nap. Ella woke up first. Court came in and Ella was just having the time of her life. As you can see she even gave the thumbs up for approval.

Ella has started eating solid foods. This was her first "biter" biscut. She loved it to death. We forgot how dirty they got. Have you ever tried tasting one of these? They taste like stale grahmcrackers.

I think this is a video of her first meal.

Trucks, Cars H2O

OK. So Kayson has a few favorite things in life. Dirt, rocks, trucks, water and laughing. Well the other day he was in the bathroom for quite a while. I went in to see what he was doing and he had all of his trucks in the sink. I put water in one of them and on the first day he spent a hour or so in there.

On the second day Courtney claims that he spent half of the day in there.
When I got home from work he was still in the bathroom. He was SOAKED
from chest to knee in water. Oh and it wasn't warm, he was using cold water.
His little fingers were pruned and frozen.

Most of the time he just drives his cars from one sink to the other.
He will empty one sink of cars and then move them around, it's either
a full sink or an empty sink, nothing in the middle. Oddly enough
he doesn't get the floor too wet for as long as he has been in there.
The other think he likes to do is drive his car down the hallway. At
first we were going to stop him but he liked it so much we just let
him keep doing it, we figured we still have the paint that if it gets
the walls dirty we can paint them over.

Welcome Baby Lily!

We had a new neice born this week. Jaycie gave birth to her first baby girl via C-section on Sept. 16, making her older sister Kailey's birthday by 4 min. Lily Brooke was 2 1/2 weeks early, but was only 15 1/2" and a tiny 4 lbs. She is currently in the NICU for jaundice and until she can get her weight up a little, and will hopefully be able to come home in the next 2-5 days. So we have only seen her through windows so far. She is doing great and Jaycie too. We're so excited for our new little neice and cousin! She and Ella are not quite 7 months apart, so we hope they will be best friends!

Sucking her thumb...she and Ella are going to get along great!

Kayson's Black Eye

So, this actually happened over Labor Day weekend, but I'm a slacked when it comes to blogging... We all went up to Idaho for the Blackfoot fair (now dubbed the black eye fair). (The in-laws are dairy farmers and take their cows every year to be judged... and they always win) Kayson was super excited to see his cousin Landon who lives in Idaho. They had a blast together... except for one incident. I'm sure Kayson started it for his love of throwing rocks, but Kayson and Landon were throwing rocks outside the barn, when I hear a scream. I go to check it out and ask Landon what happened. He had thrown a rock and it hit Kayson square in the eye. Poor Landon felt so bad, and Poor Kayson was unconsolable for a while. But once he got over it, they were back to being best friends!

Before and After

Oops, I did this a week ago and forgot to actually post it. Anyway, here are some before and after pictures. We officially moved in on Thursday, and so far it's been really nice. We still have lots to do though! At least we'll be keeping busy.
