As many of you know we have been on the house hunt for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time! We love Sandy and Jay but our 9X12ft room is getting a little crowded being our bedroom, computer room, nursery, living room and sometimes the dining room. We came across a house last week that had 4 bedroom (almost none of them we've seen have 4, most are 3). It had new maple cabinets, recently painted and just all around felt fairly good.

So on monday we decided to put an offer to buy it.
