Snakes? I hate SNAKES

As a few of you may know about 6 weeks ago we found a snake in the front yard. I used my foot to toy with it and it bit my shoe, but didn't go through. The snake ended up in the hands of a snake lover who said that it was a Great Basin Rattle Snake and was only a few months old. Since then two other neighbors have found rattle snakes in their yards too. Well this Sunday we found another snake in the garage. he was just a little tyke about 9 inches long and as thick as a skinny finger. I chopped his head off.

As for the house hunt. we just got back from the home inspection. The at the end the inspector said that he was ready to have quite the list of things to fix. But in the end he didn't have anything that "had" to be fixed. He said that he was pleasantly surprised of how well the house had been taken care of and conditions that aren't under normal care ie. roof leaks foundation leaks etc. So all is looking very good. We may close as soon as NEXT WEEK! But i'm going to pressure our lender to drop down a little because things have gone up and closing costs have gone up a little too.

So yippie, we are moving and no more snakes!

YOu know you want to pack up a few snakes and take them with you to your new house!

SCARY! How do you let Kayson out to play knowing you may have a rattler out there!!!!

Hope you're having a better day than Blaine.
